Mission
Curio XR is committed to improving the quality of education by providing an engaging, distraction-free, comprehensive, no-cost learning platform. Our mission is to create intuitive, immersive, and powerful learning materials that increase knowledge retention and student performance.
We do this by pairing subject matter experts with our own expert Unity VR/AR developers to build features, tools, and simulations, and by partnering with schools, school districts, colleges and universities, and with other developers (such as game design students) to build their dream content in 80% less time. Whether used for classroom sessions, study groups, tutoring, or other learning experiences (both synchronous and asynchronous), Curio XR provides innovative learning solutions that can revolutionize education.
Vision

Curio XR opens new doors in education and provides students with deeper avenues of learning and understanding. Our vision includes providing virtual reality/augmented reality education tools and resources to students in grades 6 through college to enhance their learning experience.
History
Curio XR was conceptualized out of the need for innovative remote learning solutions. It has since become a groundbreaking resource used for remote, blended, and in-person learning both synchronously and asynchronously. Curio XR’s pilot program is a two-year endeavor in partnership with 20 educational institutions (mostly colleges and universities in the USA) to brainstorm, build, and test the foundational features necessary to start a universal, collaborative, and free VR/AR app that can truly move the needle in education. We’re now ready to introduce Curio XR to the world!
